    Just in time for the start of the program year, Position-Specific Training is now available online for Cub Scout leaders.     In honor of Scouting's 100th year, a new national service initiative is underway, called Preserve America's Waterways. Scouting's goal is to give back one million community service hours to America, protecting and preserving its lakes, streams, rivers and ocean shorelines.
